Day 01: Arrival Delhi: Upon arrival meet to our representative, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02: Delhi: After breakfast full day Old Delhi sightseeing visit, Red Fort (outside), Jama Masjid, Chandani Chowck, Raj Ghat (Gandhi Memorial) & Akshakar Dham Temples. Rest of the time free walk at Connaught Palace. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Delhi-Leh: Early in the morning take flight to Leh, ETD 0700 hrs one hour flight over the Great Indian Himalayas. On arrival at Leh, meet to our local representative, transfer to hotel , on arrival take tea, coffees and snacks etc. take room, rest of the day leisure for acclimaitization. Evening walk local market for get used the rare air of Ladakh. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Leh: Full day local sightseeing of Indus Valley, visit Stok Palace, was built in 1825, by the King Tsespal Tondup Namgyal, the royal family resides here since Ladakh lost to Zorawar Signh, at preset the palace has collection of royal dresses king’s crown etc. Matho Gonpa, around 25 km from Leh, is only a gonpa belonging to the Saskya order. It was founded t in the 16th century by Lama Tungpa Dorje, drive back to Leh city for lunch later after noon by walk visit Shanti Stupa, Shanti Gomnpa and Tsemo Castle. Rest of the time visit local market. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Leh-Rafting-Lamayuru-Uley Topko : Morning after breakfast commence drive to Phey from you will do the rafting in the Indus river, till the Nimmu confluence of Zanskar and Indus river, this is around 34 km/ 3 hrs rafting, take lunch at Basgo continue drive to Lamayuru, visit the “Yungdung” monastery is remarkably built on the sand stone, monastery begins with the visit of Arahat Nimagung to this place, drive back to Uley Topko. Check in hotel or resort for overnight.
Day 06: Uley Topko-Rizong-Alchi-Likir-Phyang-Leh: After breakfast commence journey to Rizong “Yuma Changchubling” around 5km north west form our hotel or resort, it is beautifully set in the valley, in a gorge and the most isolated monastery in Ladakh, just before the gonpa there is a nunnery, we can visit this nunnery as well. Drive to Alchi Choskor “Religious Enclave” the most famous and oldest monastery in Indus valley. Built by Lotsava Rinchen Zangpo, in 11th century and later he appointed four families to look after the Choskor as there was no monastic community. Lunch at Alhci, continue drive to Likir gonpa , was founded in 1065 by Lama Duwang Chosje during the reign of King Lhachen Gyalpo which was te named “Lhukhil Galdan Dargyasling” in front of the monastery there is a 9mtr high Buddha statue. Out next destination is Phyang, it was the first monastery to introduce the Drugnpa teaching of Skoba Jikstan Gonbo in Ladakh. The gonpa was founded by chosje Danma Kunga, on the top floor of the gonpa, one nice museum where you can see the 8th century thaka and another things. Drive to Leh, overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Leh-Shey-Thiksey-Hemis: After breakfast commence drive to Hemis around 44 km south from Leh, which is most famous and largest monastery in Ladakh, it belongs to the Dukpa order of Tibetan Buddhist, the monastery was founded by the first incarnationof Stagsang Raspa Nawang Gyatso in 1630 who was invited to Ladakh by king Singay Namgyal. Every year in month of Jun-July there is a big mask festival. Thiksey Gompa was founded at Stakmo by Sherab Zangpo of Stok. Later the nephew of Sherab Zangpo, Paldan Sherab founded the Thikshey monastery. Inside the monastery one big Avaliketeshvara Shakyamuni Statue. Drive back to Leh en route visit Shey Palace, was built by Deldan Namgyal in the beginning of 17th century. 15 km more, reach at Leh market, visit the colorful market, overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Leh-Tsomoriri (altitude 4245m/ 245km) drive: Early in the morning drive to Tsomoriri via Chhumathang (hot water spring) and Mahe bridge, it is around 15 miles in length and 3-5 miles in width. The water is Salty and clear, on the south west bank of the lake is Karzok village, en route we through the mountain view top are cover by snow. On arrival check in fix tetn rest of the time visit surround lake and village.
Day 09: Tsomoriri-Tsokar (3950m) 135km drive : After a leisure breakfast drive back to Sumdo Village, this is the Tibetan Refugee village, visit a school there, than up ward drive on the left way towards Tsokar Laekh, en route will see the hot water spring and some wild animals as Wild Ass (Kyang) and Black Neck Crain. On arrival take fix tent rest of the time visit local area for photos etc. overnight at tent.
Day 10: Tsokar-Sarchu (4230m): 175km drive: After breakfast drive to Sarchu over the over Lachung-la (5150M) and Nakee-la (5050m), till the Pang the road is not well, Pang is a small market where every tourist stop for a tea break and check in passport, on arrival at Sarchu check in fix tent for overnight, Pane of Pang is to much windy, nothing to do there just spent one night.
Day 11: Sarchu-Jispa (3565m) 85 km drive : After breakfast drive to Jispa over Barlacha-la (4850m), en from there one path is leading to Chandra Tal (Moon Lake), just beneath one lake called Suraj Tal, now the valley progressively change on arrival at Jispa check in, rest of the time explore the local village. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12: Jispa-Manali(1935m): 150km drive : After breakfast drive to Manali, through the Lahaul valley and Rohatang Pass (3980m), on arrival at Manali, check in hotel. Rest of the time leisure for individual activities. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13: Manali : Full day local visit, Nagar Castle, Jagatsukh Temple, Vashist hot spring & Local market. Manali is the Swaziland of India, lot of Indian tourist is there, overnight at hotel.
Day 14: Manali-Nalagarh (295km): After an early breakfast drive to Nalagarh, through the Kullu valley, Nalagarh is a small town the most commercial district in Himachal Pradesh. On arrival check in Nalagarh Palace, the heritage hotel.
Day 15: Nalagarh-Kalka-Delhi : Early in the morning drive to Kalka around 40 km, take train to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, check in hotel, rest of the time free for individual activities.
Day 16:, Delhi Dep. : After breakfast full day Old and New Delhi sightseeing, late evening farewell dinner, continue drive to International airport, take onward destination. End Tour.
