This South India tour, taking you to some of the most beautiful, and culturally rich destinations in Southern India. The trip covers the most important sights of Kerala, the harbour city of Cochin, backwater destination of Kumarakom, and the Periyar National Park. You then move further east towards the temple towns of Trichy, Madurai and Mahabalipuram. It also gives you a chance to experience the Indo-French flavour of Pondicherry, and the cosmopolitan flavour of Chennai, Southern India's most populous city.

DAY 01 : ARRIVAL BANGALURU :
Upon Arrival at Bangaluru airport meet to our representative later transfer to hotel. Arrival at hotel Check in to the hotel for the overnight.
DAY 02 : BANGALURU - MYSORE :
After breakfast start the local sightseeing of Bangalore visit the "The Garden City",Vidhan Soudha, built in the year 1954, The architecture of the building is based on the neo Dravidian style and it presently houses the Legislative Assembly of the state of Karnataka. Bangalore Palace Built in the year 1887, Bangalore palace is a must see tourist spot in the garden city. The architecture of the palace is based on the Tudor style. Tipu's Palace The palace and the fort of Tipu Sultan, The architecture, the layout and the overall look of the palace gives you the idea of the ethnic Mughal lifestyle. After Lunch drive to Mysore. On arrival Mysore check-in to the Hotel. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 03 : MYSORE :
After Breakfast start the Local sightseeing of Mysore visit to - Mysore Palace - This structure is one of the largest of its kind in India. Built in 1912 in the Indo Saracenic style, this place excludes a grandeur that is unmatched. The Golden Royal Elephant Throne, the Durbar Hall, the Kalyana Mandap and the Gallery are the main attractions here. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 04 : MYSORE-OOTY :
After Breakfast drive to Ooty. Upon Arrival at Ooty check in to the hotel. Evening at Leisure for Individual Activity. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 05 : OOTY :
After breakfast full day local sightseeing, visit Botanical Garden, Tiger Hill, & Valley view Lake. Rest of the time visit the tea plantation and local market. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 06: OOTY - COIMBATORE – COCHIN (Flight) :
After Breakfast drive to Coimbatore airport to connect flight to Cochin. On arrival Cochin transfer to the Hotel. In the evening see Kathakali Dance show at Ac Hall. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 07 : COCHIN :
After Breakfast start the local sightseeing of Cochin visit, Jewish Synagogue - Built in 1568, the oldest synagogue in the common wealth stands, adorned by hundreds of exquisite hand painted Chinese tiles in blue & white St. Francis Church - Originally built out of wood in 1503 and thus earning fame as the oldest European church in India. Dutch Palace (Mathanchery Palace) - As you climb its stone steps you enter a different world of Palanquins and heraldy, and rich murals. Roam about in the cobbled streets. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 08 : COCHIN-PERIYAR :
After Breakfast drive to Periyar. Upon Arrival at Periyar check in to the hotel. In the evening visit the spice plantations and local market. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 09 : PERIYAR-KUMARAKOM :
Early in the morning drive to Periyar Lake, take the boat to witness the wild life, drive back to hotel for breakfast. Later start the local sightseeing of Periyar vist the Palace & Temples. Post Lunch drive to Kumurakom, upon arrival check into the hotel and Afternoon Boatride on the Kumarakom Lake rest of the day is free for individual activities. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 10 : KUMARAKOM- KOVLAM :
After Breakfast Drive to Kovalam. On arrival at Kovlam transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 11 : KOVALAM :
Day free to relax on beach. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 12 : KOVALAM - MADURAI :
After Breakfast Drive to Madurai. On arrival at Madurai Check in to the hotel. Evening visit Meenakshi Temple - This temple is nearly 2000 years old placed in the heart of the old town - a splendid example of Dravidian architecture. The present temple was designed in 1560 by Vishwanatha Nayak and subsequently built during the reign of Tirumalai Nayak. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 13 : MADURAI-THANJAVUR :
After breakfast drive to Thanjavur. En route visit local village and market. On arrival check in at Hotel.
DAY 14: THANJAVUR-TRICHI :
Afternoon sightseeing of Thanjavur visit Brihadeshwara Temple & Fort built by great Chola king in the 10th century it is an outstanding example of Chola architecture. On the top of the apex of 63 meters high, a dome is said to be constructed from a single piece of granite, weighing an estimated 81 tones. After lunch drive to Trichy. On arrival check in hotel.
DAY 15 : TRICHY-PONDICHERRY :
After breakfast commence local sightseeing of Trichy, visit Rock Temple (Ganeshas' Temple) & Tiruvanaikkaval Temple, later driver to Pondicherry enroute sightseeing of Chidambaram -9th Century Shiva Temple one of the oldest and magnificent temples of the South. Shiva Natraja or the Dancing Shiva stands in his cosmic dance pose in the golden rooted sanctorum. Flanking the temple are 108 sculptured illustrations of Bharat Natya Shashtra, Kumbakonam. On arrival Pondicherry check in at Hotel. Overnight stay.
DAY 16 : PONDICHERRY :
Full day local sightseeing visit Auroville, Arvindo Ashram, Beaches and local market. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 17 : PONDICHERRY – MAHBALIPURAM :
Morning drive to Mahabalipuram, On arrival check in hotel, Rest of the time local sightseeing visit, Arjuna's Penance, Five Rathas, Shore Temples, & Tiger's Cave, Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 18 : MAHABLIPURAM-CHENNAI DEPARTURE :
Full day leisure for relax at beach side. Later evening transfer to Chennai, to board the international flight for onward destination.
