Elephanta caves Declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in1987, Elephanta caves located at Elephanta Islands in Mumbai harbour contains some of the finest rock-cut sculpture in India which became a great tourist attraction in india.
Ajanta caves, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site, holds masterpieces of Buddhist religious art, considered the finest examples of architecture. These historical manmade caves containing paintings on the walls and ceilings primarily depict the life of the Buddha before his enlightenment. The caves are located 100km northeast of Aurangabad, the nearest railhead being 55 km north at Jalgaon city of Maharashtra, India.
Ellora caves, cut out of the vertical face of a high basalt hill, Charanadari running north to south in the Deccan, was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1983. These caves are the culmination of Deccan rock-cut architecture. Located about 28 km north west of Aurangabad in Maharashtra, Ellora earlier known as Verul a tiny mountain village, has 34 rock-cut temples and monasteries, spanning a period of almost 400 years from the sixth to the tenth centuries AD.

Day, 01: Arrive Delhi : Arrive Delhi late evening. Meet, greet & assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel. Delhi, Capital of modern India. Many dynasties and rulers have flourished on its regal soil over the last 3000 years. The legacy still survives in many monuments varying from the 13th century mausoleum of the Lodi Kings to the buildings of British India's imperial past like the Parliament House and the Presidential Estate.
Day, 02: Delhi : After breakfast commence full day combined Old and New Delhi sightseeing, visit Jama Masid, Red Fort (Out Side), Chandani Chowck Market, Gandhi Memorial, after lunch visit, Humayun Tomb, Qutuab Minar, and Government buildings, Overnight at hotel.
Day, 03: Delhi – Ranthambhore : Early in the morning board Train to Sawai Madhopur. Arrive & check in at hotel. Ranthambhor National Park, before a princely game conserve is the scene where the celebrated Indian Tiger is best seen. It sprawls over a varying and undulating landscape. The scenery changes dramatically from gentle and steep slopes of the Vindhyas and sharp and conical hills of the Aravali. Afternoon enjoy safari to National Park. Overnight at hotel or Lodge.
Day, 04: Ranthambhore : Early morning & afternoon safari to national park, Overnight at hotel.
Day, 05: Rantahmbhore / Bharatpur : Board train to Bharatpur. Arrive & check in at hotel. Bharatpur - An impregnable fortified city is famous for the nearby Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary. Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary: This bird paradise acquired its name – Keoladeo because of the existence of the Keoladeo temple of Lord Shiva. After the name of this temple, the lake is called ‘Ghana’ Keoladeo. It was known as the best duck shooting resort during the British reign, but was declared a reserve for birds in 1956 and later upgraded to a National Park. UNESCO has listed it as a world heritage site. The Sanctuary is famous for rare avian species. Overnight at hotel.
Day, 06: Bharatpur : Visit National park by cycle rickshaw. Afternoon visit Fatehpur Sikri, desert capital of Mughal King Akbar.
Day, 07: Bharatpur – Agra – Umaria : Drive to Agra and visit Taj Mahal (closed on Friday). Later board train for overnight journey to Umaraia.
Day, 08: Arrival Umaria / Bandhavgarh :Arrive in the morning and transfer to resort at national park. Bandhavgarh National Park, lying in the heart of the Vindhya Mountain Range in Central India, is a small and compact National Park, yet full of game. The density of the tiger population at Bandhavgarh is the highest known in India. The centre of the park is dominated by the majestic Bandhavgarh Fort, around which, are numerous caves containing shrines and ancient Sanskrit inscriptions. In the afternoon enjoy the Jeep Safari to the National Park.
Day, 09: Bandhavgarh National Park : Early morning & afternoon game viewing by Jeep.
Day, 10: Bandhavgarh National Park / Kanha National Park : Drive to Kanha National Park. Arrive & check in. Kanha National Park : Kanha's sal and bamboo forests, rolling grasslands and meandering streams stretch over 940 sq. Km in dramatic natural splendor. This is original Kipling country, of which he wrote so vividly in the Jungle Book. The Kanha National Park, forms the core of the Kanha Tiger Reserve created in 1974 under Project Tiger. This park is also the only habitat of the rare hard ground Barasingha.
Day, 11: Kanha National Park : Early morning & afternoon game viewing by Jeep
Day, 12: Kanha National Park / Pench : Early after breakfast dive to Penhc National Park, Evening Gem ride at Pench.
Day, 13: Pench : Early morning and late evening Gem Ride. Overnight at hotel.
Day, 14: Pench-Nagpur/ Mumbai : Early in the morning drive to Nagpur, on time flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival check in hotel for overnight.
Day 15: Mumbai : Early in the morning visit Elephanta caves, Gateway of India, Prince of Wales Museum (closed on Monday) & Mani Bhawan (Gandhi Museum) & Dhobhi Ghat (worlds largest outdoor laundry). Rest of the day at leisure to explore the city on your own. In time Dep.
Day, 16: Mumbai – Depart : In time dep. Transfer to onward destination.
